Padel Club and Private VIP Facility
OPERATOR AND FACILITY: These Terms and Conditions govern bookings, services and use of Padel Pro Signature Jubail Island (the “Facility” or “Club”), operated by Padel Pro Jubail Island for Padel And Tennis LLC, located at Padel Pro Signature, Mangrove Park, Jubail Island, Abu Dhabi, UAE. The Club comprises six (6) standard indoor padel courts, three (3) standard outdoor padel courts and one (1) separate indoor VIP padel court, together with associated amenities, service areas, and parking spaces. These Terms apply throughout the Club. Access to particular areas and services is subject to availability, the confirmed booking and any applicable charges or additional terms disclosed before purchase. A standard court booking does not grant exclusive use of shared amenities or access to the private VIP facilities. The areas and parking spaces reserved exclusively under a confirmed VIP booking are specified in Section 3.
ACCEPTANCE: These Terms must be made available before a booking is confirmed. The booking holder accepts them when confirming the booking and must communicate the applicable rules to every guest, invitee and approved provider admitted under it. Everyone using the Club must comply with its lawful safety and conduct rules. Acceptance does not waive any mandatory legal rights or give the Club permission to use a person’s image or personal data for unrelated marketing purposes. A booking holder cannot waive another person’s legal rights merely by making a reservation.
1.1 Reservations Required: Use of any standard indoor court, standard outdoor court or the indoor VIP facility is subject to a confirmed reservation. Walk-in court availability is not guaranteed. Access to shared amenities and separately operated services is subject to their opening hours, availability and any applicable admission or service-booking requirements.
1.2 Booking Confirmation: Reservations may be requested through the Club’s official telephone, messaging or booking channels. A booking is confirmed when the Club has issued a confirmation message with the booking details and the required payment, deposit, or expressly approved pay-at-reception arrangement under Clause 2.1 has been completed. A request alone is not a confirmed reservation.
1.3 Booking Holder: The person or entity making the reservation is the primary booking holder and is responsible for the booking, agreed charges, and compliance by guests, approved vendors and invitees admitted under it. Responsibility for loss or damage is governed by Section 7 and applicable law; this clause does not impose responsibility for unrelated persons or losses caused by the Club.
1.4 Arrival: Clients should arrive 5-10 minutes before the reserved start time. Late arrival does not extend the booking period and may result in a shortened session.
1.5 Timely Exit: The booked court and any other reserved areas must be fully vacated by the end of the booked period unless an extension has been approved. For VIP bookings, this includes all Exclusive Premises defined in Clause 3.1. Continued occupation of booked areas may be charged at the applicable extension or booking rate and may affect future booking privileges. Clients may continue to use shared amenities or separately booked services where authorised and available, without extending or retaining access to the expired court or VIP booking. Any extension requires express management approval and availability. Extension rates and the basis of any overstay charge must be communicated before confirmation of the booking or agreed extension; continued occupation does not create a new reservation. Any agreed exclusive use ends with the confirmed booking period. Guests must remove personal belongings and approved event materials from the reserved areas promptly so those areas can be prepared for subsequent use.
1.6 Access Control: Access to a booked court or reserved area is limited to the booking holder and their authorised guests, subject to permitted staff and operational access. Shared facilities may also be used by other authorised Club clients and service users. The Club may require names, identification or other reasonable access information for security and venue management. Access credentials, codes or keys must not be shared with persons outside the authorised group. Standard court bookings and visits to shared amenities do not grant access to the private VIP areas or their dedicated parking.
1.7 No Transfer or Resale: A booking may not be transferred, sublicensed, resold, commercially shared or otherwise made available to another person or group without prior written approval from management.
1.8 Standard Court Booking Scope: A standard court reservation covers the specified indoor or outdoor court for the confirmed booking period, together with permitted use of the Club’s shared reception, bath and toilet rooms, lounge, court benches, and prayer room. These amenities are shared with other authorised Club users and are not reserved exclusively for the booking group. A standard reservation does not include the separate indoor VIP court or its private reception, bathrooms, lounge or four dedicated parking spaces. Exclusive rental of other Club areas requires a separate written agreement.
1.9 Booking Details and Time: The confirmation must identify the booked court or areas, date, start and end times, included services, agreed price, applicable cancellation terms and any security deposit. Booking times and cancellation deadlines use the Club’s local time in Abu Dhabi. Requests for changes are effective only when confirmed by the Club through an official booking channel. If confirmation details are incorrect, the booking holder should notify the Club promptly; this does not restrict statutory rights.
1.10 Authority and Adult Bookings: Individual booking holders must be at least eighteen (18) years old and have legal capacity to enter the booking, unless an arrangement permitted by law has been expressly accepted by the Club. A parent or lawful guardian must arrange bookings for minors. Anyone booking on behalf of a company or other entity must have authority to bind it. No declaration in these Terms replaces any parental or guardian approval required by law.
2.1 Pay Before Play and Purchase: All court bookings and services must be paid in full before use. New clients must pay in advance through the Club’s official payment link to secure a reservation. Established clients may be permitted to pay at reception before their confirmed start time where the Club expressly approves that arrangement. Merchandise must be paid in full at purchase; merchandise reservations, instalments, and credit arrangements are not offered. The Club may require full advance payment and a refundable security deposit for VIP bookings, events, or other special uses, disclosed before confirmation.
2.2 Official Payment Channels: Accepted channels are cash or card at reception; an official MamoPay or other Club-issued payment link; approved third-party booking applications such as Playtomic, ClassPass, or 1Fit, where enabled for this branch; and, for approved business clients, bank transfer, or cash, or cheque deposit to the Club’s officially designated account. The available method must be confirmed by the Club for the transaction. Clients must not pay unauthorised persons or accounts and should verify changed payment instructions directly with the Club. Cheques and transfers must clear before services are used unless a lawful written arrangement expressly provides otherwise. The Club will not add a prohibited surcharge for credit-card payment or pass on a prohibited merchant card-processing fee. Any separate charge imposed by an independent platform must be lawful and disclosed by that platform before purchase.
2.3 Cancellation Notice: Unless different terms are expressly agreed for a special booking under Clause 2.7 or the replacement-session restriction in Clause 2.12 applies, a booking made at least one calendar day before play must be cancelled at least twelve (12) hours before its reserved start time. A booking for the same local calendar date qualifies for a one (1) hour cancellation window only if it is confirmed at least six (6) hours before the scheduled start time. Eligible bookings must be cancelled within one (1) hour of receipt of confirmation. Same-day bookings confirmed less than six (6) hours before the scheduled start time are noncancellable and remain payable in full, subject to approved exceptions and mandatory legal rights. Cancellations submitted after the applicable one-hour window are treated as late cancellations under these Terms. Cancellation requests must be submitted through an official booking channel or the contact details in the confirmation, quoting the booking reference. The submission time determines whether the cancellation meets the deadline. All times are local Abu Dhabi time.
2.4 Late Cancellation and No-Show: A no-show occurs when a client fails to attend without cancelling or notifying the Club. A late cancellation is submitted after the applicable deadline in Clause 2.3 or concerns a same-day booking confirmed less than six (6) hours before its scheduled start time. Late cancellations and no-shows are chargeable at the full booked amount or by deduction of one applicable session voucher, subject to the package terms, an approved exception or mandatory law. No-shows are not ordinarily refundable or reschedulable; late cancellations are not ordinarily refundable. A timely cancellation under Clause 2.3 must not be treated as a no-show. The Club must not collect both a voucher and a monetary charge for the same service or otherwise recover the same amount twice. Club cancellations and service failures follow Clauses 2.5 and 9.2.
2.5 Refunds and Money Vouchers: A paid booking cancelled within the applicable notice period qualifies for a Money Voucher or Club Credit for the eligible amount, usable for future bookings or Pro Shop purchases at the Club. Money Vouchers are valid for twelve (12) months from issue and are nontransferable; only the original recipient may redeem them. Cross-branch redemption is available only if expressly confirmed. This credit policy also applies to voluntary product returns and approved discretionary exceptions, subject to Clause 2.17 and mandatory law. Where a service cannot be provided because of a Club facility issue, the client may choose a monetary refund of the amount paid for the unprovided service, rescheduling or Club Credit. A defective or partially provided service remains subject to the remedies required by law, including an appropriate monetary refund or proper re-performance. Credit cannot be imposed instead of a monetary refund legally due. Refunds or credits for split payments must be allocated to the individuals who actually paid, in proportion to their eligible payments. Monetary refunds will be processed promptly through the original payment method where practicable, with the expected processing period communicated.
2.6 Payment Disputes: Any disputed booking charge should be raised with management within forty-eight (48) hours of the transaction to assist prompt investigation. This is a requested reporting period, not a forfeiture of rights or a contractual limitation period. A later report will not, by itself, extinguish a valid claim, chargeback right or remedy under applicable law.
2.7 Special Booking Terms: Private events, corporate bookings, productions, catered bookings or other special uses may be subject to a separate quotation, deposit, cancellation schedule or written booking agreement disclosed and agreed before confirmation. A specifically agreed provision prevails for that booking only to the extent permitted by Clause 12.2. Necessary permits, approvals and service arrangements must be confirmed before the activity begins.
2.8 Prices, Taxes, and Invoices: The Club must disclose the total booking price, applicable taxes and mandatory charges before payment, together with the basis of any conditional extension, equipment, cleaning or damage charge. Optional extras require agreement. The Club will provide an invoice identifying the legal supplier, address, services and charges, in the language and form required by applicable law. No undisclosed discretionary surcharge may be added to a confirmed booking.
2.9 Security Deposit Administration: Any security deposit amount, payment method, purpose, permitted deductions and expected release or refund period must be stated before confirmation. A deposit is security for verified amounts payable under these Terms and is not automatically forfeited. The Club must provide an itemised account and reasonable supporting evidence for deductions, allow the booking holder a reasonable opportunity to raise a dispute, and return or release the balance promptly after inspection and assessment. Any disputed or retained amount must be handled in accordance with applicable law; a deposit does not limit recovery of additional proven loss.
2.10 Packages Vouchers and Promotions: Package credits, vouchers, promotional rates, validity periods, redemption restrictions and any transfer conditions must be disclosed before purchase or issue. They do not guarantee access to an unavailable court or include the VIP facility unless expressly stated. Published benefits and applicable statutory rights must be honoured. A Club closure or inability to provide a promised package service is subject to Clause 2.5. Clients wishing to change services or unable to continue the service attached to a package may convert unused session vouchers into a Money Voucher reflecting their remaining paid monetary value. The Club will explain the valuation using the original package price and credits already used; clients must pay any additional cost of the new purchase. Unused credit is not automatically valued at a higher standalone session price. The resulting Money Voucher follows Clause 2.5.
2.11 Third Party Booking Refunds: Refunds for bookings paid through third-party applications, including ClassPass and 1Fit where available, must normally be requested through the platform that collected payment and are processed under its disclosed procedure. The Club will provide reasonable assistance and any necessary booking or cancellation confirmation. This administrative route does not remove the Club’s own statutory responsibilities or permit a platform policy to override a mandatory refund or other consumer right.
2.12 Rebookings After Late Cancellation: If management permits a replacement session as an exception after an initial late cancellation, that replacement carries no fresh cancellation grace period. A subsequent cancellation of the adjusted session incurs the full applicable booking charge or deduction of one applicable session voucher, unless management grants a further exception or law requires otherwise. This restriction must be disclosed before the client accepts the replacement. It does not apply to an ordinary new booking, a timely cancellation or a rescheduling caused by the Club. The Club must avoid duplicate recovery for the original and replacement service.
2.13 Group Charges and Split Payments: The cancellation and no-show policy applies to all participants whose shares are recorded under a booking. Where payments or package credits are split, any lawful charge or deduction must follow the agreed recorded shares and cannot exceed the total amount properly due. If the booking is held in one name without an agreed split, that booking holder is responsible for the booking charge. A participant’s individual cancellation does not automatically cancel the whole court reservation. Refund allocation follows Clause 2.5.
2.14 One-Time Courtesy for Loyal Players: A client who has completed at least ten (10) bookings during the preceding three (3) months may request a one-time waiver of a cancellation charge. The client must notify the Club before the scheduled start and request the waiver. It is available only once per client, subject to management review of booking history, reliability and the circumstances. It is a discretionary courtesy, not a guaranteed entitlement; future cancellations follow the normal policy unless another exception applies.
2.15 Medical Emergency Exceptions: A client prevented from attending by a medical emergency should notify the Club as soon as possible and before the scheduled start, where reasonably practicable. A certificate from a licensed healthcare provider confirming inability to participate on the relevant date should be supplied within twenty-four (24) hours of the missed session. Detailed diagnoses or unrelated medical records are not required. Where a severe emergency prevents timely notice or evidence, management may consider later information. Requests are reviewed on reasonable evidence and circumstances, including a pattern of repeated requests; no exception is guaranteed beyond mandatory rights. An approved exception normally gives a Money Voucher for the affected individual’s eligible paid booking amount or session value, valid under Clause 2.5, rather than a cash refund unless law requires one. The remaining group booking continues unless separately cancelled under the ordinary policy; one person’s illness does not entitle all participants to a waiver. Knowingly falsified evidence or deliberate abuse may lead to permanent suspension subject to Section 10 and applicable law. Medical evidence must be handled confidentially under Section 13.
2.16 Pro Shop Voluntary Returns: Unused merchandise may be returned or exchanged within seven (7) days of purchase with proof of purchase, in original packaging, with tags attached and in brand-new condition. For a higher-priced replacement, the client must pay the difference; for a lower-priced replacement or an accepted voluntary return without replacement, the eligible balance is issued as a Money Voucher under Clause 2.5. An official invoice should be supplied, or other reliable evidence sufficient to verify the purchase where legally acceptable. These change-of-mind conditions do not restrict remedies for faulty, unsafe or misdescribed goods.
2.17 Racket Defects and Statutory Product Rights: The Club offers a thirty (30) day supplier assessment process for manufacturing defects in used rackets, measured from purchase. A claimed defect will be referred for assessment and any applicable replacement, repair, or refund arranged. The thirty-day commercial process does not shorten a longer manufacturer warranty or any statutory warranty, claim period or consumer remedy. Original packaging, unused condition, or a supplier’s refusal alone cannot defeat a remedy required by law. Damage caused by misuse or ordinary wear is not a manufacturing defect. Proof of purchase is required as described in Clause 2.16.
3.1 Exclusive Premises: A confirmed Signature VIP Facility rental grants the booking holder and their authorised guests exclusive use, for the booked period, of one (1) private indoor doubles padel court designed for 2-vs-2 play with a maximum of four (4) simultaneous on-court players, its private reception area, dedicated private bathrooms, private lounge, and four (4) dedicated private parking spaces (collectively, the “Exclusive Premises”). The VIP court is separate from the Club’s six standard indoor courts and three standard outdoor courts. All of these designated VIP areas are included in the VIP booking and reserved exclusively for the booking holder and authorised guests during the booking, subject to these Terms. VIP exclusivity does not extend to the standard courts, shared amenities, or general client parking.
3.2 Nature of Exclusivity: The Exclusive Premises must not be shared with unrelated clients, groups or visitors during the booked period. Exclusivity does not exclude reasonable access by Padel Pro staff, management, security, cleaners, maintenance personnel or emergency responders when required for service, safety, security, inspection, maintenance or emergency purposes. Such access must be reasonably necessary and proportionate. Where practicable, staff will give notice before entering private VIP areas and minimise disruption; emergencies may require immediate access. A material loss of contracted exclusivity is subject to the remedies in Clause 2.5.
3.3 Occupancy: A maximum of four (4) players may be on the court simultaneously for doubles play (2 vs. 2). This on-court player limit is separate from the total occupancy of the Exclusive Premises and does not limit the entire booking group to four persons. Total occupancy within the VIP Exclusive Premises, including players, non-playing guests and any approved vendors or other persons present, must remain within the approved fire and safety capacity and any lower operational limit communicated by management. Management may refuse entry to additional guests once the approved capacity is reached.
3.4 Private Reception: The dedicated reception area is part of the VIP rental for guest arrival, check-in and reasonable hosting. It must not be used as a retail point, ticketing desk, commercial registration area or public-facing reception for an unauthorised event.
3.5 Private Lounge: The lounge is for the booking holder and authorised guests to relax and socialise in connection with the booking. Furniture, fixtures and Club property must not be removed, materially rearranged or used for unintended purposes without approval.
3.6 Private Bathrooms: The dedicated bathrooms are for the booking group during the rental. Guests must observe appropriate hygiene, use fixtures responsibly and leave the area free of personal belongings and excessive mess.
3.7 Privacy: The Club will use reasonable operational measures to preserve the private character of the booking. Privacy is subject to applicable law, safety requirements, building/security arrangements and the Club’s right of access under Clause 3.2. A VIP booking does not create a guarantee of complete visual, acoustic or electronic privacy.
3.8 Security and CCTV: Clause 13.5 applies to the VIP facilities. VIP exclusivity does not suspend lawful security monitoring in permitted areas, subject to the privacy safeguards in that clause.
3.9 Club-Wide Rules: The general booking, conduct, event, cleaning, damage and recording provisions in Sections 1, 4, 5, 7 and 13 apply equally to VIP bookings. The end-of-booking requirements in Clause 1.5 and the parking departure requirements in Clause 8.8 apply to all VIP Exclusive Premises.
4.1 Intended Use: All standard indoor, standard outdoor and VIP courts are intended for padel. Nonsporting use, events, productions or alternative activities require prior written approval.
4.2 Court Capacity: Each of the Club’s ten (10) padel courts, including the separate indoor VIP court, is designed for doubles play (2 vs. 2) and accommodates a maximum of four (4) simultaneous on-court players. Coaching and organised activities must follow the format approved by the Club and remain within this four-player limit per court. This is an on-court player limit and does not restrict the entire booking group to four persons. Total Club and shared-area occupancy is governed by Clause 5.8; VIP occupancy is governed by Clause 3.3.
4.3 Dress and Footwear: Players must arrive in suitable racquet-sport clothing or change before entering a court. Suitable clothing includes sports T-shirts or performance tops, athletic shorts, sports skirts or leggings, and sports bras or tanks with appropriate coverage. Closed-toe, slip-resistant, non-marking padel or tennis shoes are required. Jeans, denim shorts, fashion dresses or skirts, cargo pants, chinos, office wear, restrictive casual clothing, leather shoes, loafers, open-toed footwear and lifestyle sneakers not designed for sport are not permitted on court. Staff may refuse court access until unsuitable clothing or footwear is corrected. Going shirtless is prohibited throughout the Club. Lawful reasonable adjustments remain subject to Clause 5.12.
4.4 Equipment Rental and Return: Rented or loaned equipment remains the property of Padel Pro Jubail Island for Padel And Tennis LLC, must stay on the premises and must be returned to reception immediately after use in the condition issued, allowing for normal wear. Rentals are processed at reception using a rental form signed before and after the session. Equipment supplied outside that formal process is treated as complimentary for the hire fee only; it remains Club property and must be returned. The disclosed replacement charge for a lost, unreturned or intentionally damaged rental racket is AED 200 per racket, subject to evidence, fair assessment under Section 7 and applicable law. No duplicate hire, replacement or damage recovery is permitted.
4.5 External Coaching: Only official Club coaches may provide coaching unless management gives prior written approval for an external coach. An unauthorised coach may be required to stop and leave, and the affected group reservation may be suspended or terminated under Section 10. Repeated violations may restrict future bookings. Any refund, retained fee or additional claim must comply with Section 10 and mandatory law.
4.6 Playing Surface and Court Access: Players must inspect the court for visible hazards before play and promptly report damage, wet surfaces, loose equipment or broken glass to staff. Play must stop if conditions become unsafe. Guests must not climb court structures, strike glass or fixtures deliberately, bring sharp items or unauthorised wheeled equipment onto the playing surface, or enter another booked court without permission. Court gates and surrounding access routes must be kept safe and clear. These duties do not remove the Club’s responsibility to maintain reasonably safe premises and equipment. Permitted mobility aids and reasonable access arrangements are subject to Clause 5.12 and applicable safety requirements.
4.7 Standard Service Formats: Subject to availability and the confirmed booking, the following standard formats apply. Group sizes describe the enrolled session group. No more than four players may actively play on a court simultaneously; a coach who joins play counts within that four-player limit. Larger clinic groups must rotate, with waiting participants safely off the playing surface. A supervising coach and all other attendees remain subject to the approved safe capacity and staff instructions. The confirmed duration governs, and approved extensions are charged at the disclosed standard reservation rate.
| Service | Session group | Standard Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Full Doubles Court Booking, Matchmaking or Public Match | Up to 4 players | 90 minutes |
| Private Lesson | 1 player and 1 coach | 60 minutes |
| Semi-Private Lesson | 2 players and 1 coach | 60 minutes |
| Match With A Coach | 3 players and 1 coach | 90 minutes |
| Match Training | 4 players and 1 coach | 90 minutes |
| Group Trainings or Clinics | 4 to 6 enrolled players and 1 coach | 60 minutes |
4.8 Club Activities and Events: Standard tournaments have a minimum entry of sixteen (16) teams and standard Americanos a minimum of sixteen (16) players, subject to any alternative event format expressly published by management. Each active court remains limited to four simultaneous players. Total entries must be accommodated across the courts actually reserved, rotations and approved waiting areas without exceeding safe occupancy. Event duration, participant limits and facilitation requirements are stated in the event confirmation. No activity booking automatically reserves the whole Club or grants VIP exclusivity.
5.1 Respectful Conduct: Disruptive, threatening, abusive, reckless, unsafe or inappropriate behaviour is prohibited. Management may require any person or group to leave where conduct compromises safety, property, privacy, staff welfare or the premium environment of the Facility. The booking holder must ensure that guests behave respectfully, follow reasonable staff instructions and do not disturb neighbouring premises, residents, other Club users or the wider Jubail Island community.
5.2 Noise: Music, celebrations and social activity must remain at a reasonable level and comply with any venue, community or authority restrictions. Amplified sound, DJs, live entertainment or similar arrangements require prior approval.
5.3 Alcohol Smoking and Prohibited Substances: Bringing or consuming alcohol at the Club is prohibited. Smoking and vaping are prohibited indoors and allowed only in expressly designated outdoor smoking areas. Illegal drugs and prohibited substances are strictly forbidden. Violations may result in immediate removal where justified, with any booking consequence governed by Section 10 and applicable law.
5.4 Pets: Pets are not permitted unless expressly authorised by management or required as an assistance animal under applicable requirements.
5.5 Children and Minors: Persons under eighteen (18) must be appropriately supervised by a parent, lawful guardian or responsible adult authorised by the parent or guardian. Any age or participation restrictions for a particular activity must be communicated before that activity is booked. The booking holder must ensure minors do not access courts, equipment, the elevator, stairs, or restricted areas unsafely. An adult’s acceptance does not waive a minor’s rights or replace any legally required guardian consent. The Club is not providing a childcare service unless expressly agreed as a separately authorised service.
5.6 Personal Belongings: Clients must take reasonable care of their belongings and remove them from expired booked areas. The Club does not guarantee against theft or loss. Liability for loss or damage is determined under applicable law and Clause 6.6; this clause does not exclude liability for the Club’s own unlawful act, negligence or breach of duty. Found items will be handled under Clause 7.6.
5.7 Instructions and Restricted Areas: Guests must follow reasonable instructions from staff and must not enter staff-only, plant, storage, service, restricted or other non-booked areas.
5.8 Shared Amenities and Occupancy: The shared reception, bath and toilet rooms, lounge, court benches, prayer room and other common areas are for authorised Club users, subject to their intended use and any reasonable access restrictions. Total occupancy of the Club and each area, including players, nonplaying guests, staff and approved service providers, must remain within the approved fire and safety capacity and any lower operational limit communicated by management. Management may refuse additional entry once the applicable capacity is reached. Guests must respect other users, use seating and fixtures responsibly, observe bathroom hygiene and leave shared areas free of personal belongings and excessive mess. Reception is used for check-in, enquiries, payments and official matters. Court benches are for resting between games; belongings must not occupy seating needed by others. Guests must clear balls, equipment and clutter from courts and seating when their booking ends and avoid prolonged socialising around courts where this disturbs later bookings. The lounge must remain clean and orderly, with bags off seats and noise kept reasonable.
5.9 Café, Pro Shop, and Barbershop: The café and dining area, Pro Shop, and barbershop are operated by separate third-party businesses (each a “Service Operator”), rather than directly by the Club. Each Service Operator is responsible for its products, services, personnel and equipment and for meeting applicable licensing, safety, hygiene and other legal requirements.
The Service Operator’s legal identity, contact details, prices, charges and material booking, cancellation, return, refund and warranty terms must be disclosed before purchase or confirmation. Invoices or receipts must be provided as required by law. Access is subject to operating hours, capacity and applicable appointment or purchase requirements. Products and services are not included in court or VIP bookings unless the inclusion, supplier and applicable conditions are expressly stated in the confirmation or package.
Where the Club arranges bookings, collects payments or sells packages involving a Service Operator, each party’s role must be disclosed before the transaction. The Club remains responsible for its own representations, commitments, payment handling and other legal obligations.
Clients and Service Operators must follow the Club’s safety, access and conduct rules. Product or service complaints should initially be directed to the supplying Service Operator; Club management may also be contacted for assistance or concerns involving the Club, premises or shared areas. These arrangements do not restrict access to competent authorities or legal remedies, exclude mandatory consumer rights, or limit any obligation or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
5.10 Mezzanine, Wellness Facilities, and Access: The mezzanine wellness facilities are accessible by elevator and stairs and are operated by separate third-party Service Operators. Clause 5.9 applies to their identification, transaction disclosures, bookings, payments, complaints and mandatory legal responsibilities. Each wellness Service Operator must operate within its licences and approvals, use appropriately qualified and, where required, licensed personnel, and ensure the safety, maintenance and hygiene of equipment under its control. It must provide appropriate participant screening, risk information, safety instructions and any required informed consent. Regulated healthcare or professional services may be offered only where the facility and practitioners hold the necessary authorisations. Access is subject to operating hours, availability, appointment requirements, eligibility criteria, charges and lawful service-specific terms disclosed before booking or purchase. Wellness services are not included in court or VIP bookings unless expressly stated in the confirmation or package. Clients must follow reasonable safety instructions and provide information reasonably necessary for safe participation. Health and personal information must be handled in accordance with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements. Screening, consent or participation does not waive mandatory rights or liability. Guests must use the elevator and stairs safely, observe posted capacity limits, access restrictions and safety instructions, and keep stairs, landings and emergency routes clear. Restricted or staff-only areas must not be entered. During a fire or evacuation, guests must follow the Club’s emergency procedures and must not use the elevator unless directed by authorised emergency personnel. Assistance and accessibility arrangements are governed by Clause 5.12. The Club remains responsible for its own acts and omissions and for the premises, elevator, stairs and shared areas to the extent required by law. Service Operators remain responsible for their activities and obligations. Neither party’s statutory duties are transferred to clients or excluded because services are supplied by a separate operator.
5.11 Food Allergies and Dining Safety: Clients must inform the relevant café Service Operator or approved catering provider of food allergies and dietary requirements before ordering and ask about ingredients where necessary. The provider is responsible for supplying accurate available allergen information and complying with applicable food-safety and hygiene requirements. Disclosure of an allergy does not remove the provider’s legal duties. Food and beverages may be consumed only in designated dining or approved hospitality areas, including the VIP lounge where catering is authorised. Drinks carried through shared areas must be in sealed containers. Food, beverages and glass containers are prohibited on playing surfaces, in bathrooms and in active exercise areas; designated safe hydration points may be used under staff instructions. The Club may restrict items that create safety risks, excessive mess or strong odours. Clients must dispose of waste in designated bins and leave dining areas tidy. The respective responsibilities of the Club and Service Operators remain subject to Clause 5.9 and applicable law.
5.12 Assistance and Accessibility: Clients who require assistance or reasonable access arrangements should contact the Club before arrival where practicable so arrangements can be discussed. The Club must comply with applicable accessibility and non-discrimination requirements. Access decisions must be based on lawful, relevant capacity, safety and operational considerations.
5.13 Prayer Room: The prayer room is a shared Club amenity for quiet prayer, subject to posted access arrangements and approved capacity. It is not included in VIP exclusivity. Users must respect others, keep the room clean and quiet, silence phones and follow posted footwear and use instructions. Food, drink, sporting activity, storage of equipment and photography or recording are not permitted in the prayer room. Access and emergency routes must remain clear.
5.14 Towels and Lockers: Where made available by the Club, bath towels and lockers may be requested at reception free of charge, subject to availability. Towels and locker keys remain Club property; towels must stay on the premises and be returned after use, and keys must be returned before departure. A lost or unreturned towel or locker key carries a disclosed replacement charge of AED 50 per item, subject to Section 7. If an item remains unreturned after twenty-four (24) hours, the Club may invoice the applicable charge after notifying the client; any card collection still requires the authorisation described in Clause 7.5. Lockers and reasonable security measures help protect belongings but do not guarantee against theft. Liability remains governed by Clauses 5.6 and 6.6.
5.15 Catering Deliveries and External Hospitality: Food, catering, deliveries and external hospitality services anywhere in the Club must be coordinated in advance where they require vendor access, setup, equipment or significant deliveries. Dining and beverage restrictions are governed by Clause 5.11. The Club may restrict items that create safety risks, strong odours, excessive waste or potential damage.
5.16 Decorations and Setup: Decorations, balloons, signage, furniture, displays or event installations require prior approval where they are attached to surfaces, alter the layout or involve external suppliers. Nails, screws, adhesives or fixtures that may mark or damage surfaces are prohibited unless expressly approved. All approved materials must be removed before the booking ends.
5.17 Events and Commercial Activity: Clients and their guests may not use the Facility for paid admission events, resale of access, commercial classes, product sales, political campaigning, public gatherings or any activity materially different from the approved booking purpose without prior written management approval and any legally required permits. Unlawful conduct and unlawful gambling are prohibited in all circumstances; management approval cannot authorise an illegal activity. Official Club retail and hospitality operations are governed by their applicable licences and service terms.
5.18 Event Approval and Booking Time: The booking holder must disclose the proposed event purpose, guest numbers, vendors, equipment, catering and setup requirements before approval. Setup, deliveries, use and removal must fit within the confirmed booking period unless additional time is expressly agreed. The booking holder and approved providers must obtain the permits, licences and insurance legally required for their activities and provide evidence reasonably requested by management. Club approval does not substitute for regulatory permission or transfer the Club’s own legal duties to the client. These requirements apply to rentals and events anywhere in the Club, whether or not Club facilitation is required. Staffing, equipment, attendee numbers and duration must be agreed for the actual areas hired.
5.19 External Vendors and Service Providers: Caterers, photographers, entertainers, decorators, trainers and other external service providers require advance management approval before operating anywhere in the Club. External coaching is governed by Clause 4.5. The booking holder must ensure that approved providers comply with the applicable Club rules. Responsibility for their conduct and any attributable damage is subject to Section 7 and applicable law.
6.1 Fitness to Participate: Each participant is responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate. Anyone uncertain about their ability to play safely should seek appropriate medical advice before participating.
6.2 Safety Practices: Guests must use the Facility and equipment only for their intended purposes, keep access routes clear, report hazards or damage promptly, avoid reckless conduct and comply with safety instructions. Glass containers and food are not permitted on the court.
6.3 Inherent Sporting Risks: Padel and physical activity involve risks including slips, trips, falls, collisions, ball or racket impact, strains and injury. Outdoor play also involves heat, sun, wind, rain and surfacecondition risks. Participants acknowledge the ordinary risks of the activity and must use appropriate equipment, warm up, remain hydrated, respect safe spacing and stop if unwell or conditions are unsafe. This acknowledgement is not a release or waiver of any claim arising from the Club’s negligence, unlawful act, unsafe premises, defective equipment or other liability imposed by law.
6.4 Emergency Response: Staff may provide reasonable first-aid assistance and help arrange emergency medical support where required. Clients remain responsible for their own medical and related costs except where applicable law provides otherwise.
6.5 Illness and Hygiene: Guests must not attend where they have symptoms of a contagious illness that may reasonably endanger others, including fever, a significant cough, sore throat or gastrointestinal illness. Guests must practise handwashing and appropriate hygiene and follow posted health notices and any applicable outbreak or health-authority measures. A cancellation request caused by illness is assessed under Clause 2.15 and mandatory law.
6.6 Liability and Mandatory Rights: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for a harmful act, negligence, fraud, deliberate misconduct, personal injury or any other liability to the extent exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law. The Club remains responsible for duties imposed on it by law, including applicable consumer-protection, premises-safety and service obligations. Clients remain responsible for their own conduct and attributable loss in accordance with law. An inherent-risk acknowledgement, parking provision, disclaimer or special booking agreement does not override this clause.
6.7 Incidents and Emergency Procedures: Injuries, accidents, threats, hazards and property damage must be reported to staff as soon as reasonably practicable. Everyone must follow lawful evacuation instructions, leave emergency routes unobstructed and avoid interfering with first aid or emergency responders. Immediate medical or emergency assistance takes priority over incident paperwork. Reporting assists investigation and does not create an additional limitation period or restrict a legal claim. The Club must display emergency contact details, nearest appropriate hospital information and relevant safety or evacuation instructions. Guests should familiarise themselves with these on arrival and seek staff assistance if information is unclear.
7.1 Responsibility for Damage: Clients are responsible, in accordance with applicable law, for loss or damage caused by their misuse, negligence, unlawful conduct or breach of these Terms, including attributable conduct of their guests or approved suppliers. If an individual cannot be identified, the booking holder may be charged only where reasonable evidence establishes that the loss was caused by their booking group and responsibility is legally attributable to them. The Club may not charge a booking group merely because damage was discovered after its visit. This includes loss, removal or damage to Club property caused by the booking group or its approved providers. Security deposits may be applied to verified charges under Clause 2.9; any substantiated amount exceeding the deposit is governed by Clause 7.5.
7.2 Condition on Departure: Booked areas and any shared amenities used by the booking group must be left in substantially the same condition as at the start of their use, allowing for normal use. Waste must be placed in designated bins and personal or event materials removed. Normal cleaning is included in ordinary use. Additional cleaning charges may apply to booked or shared areas left with excessive waste, spills, stains, decorations, catering debris, confetti or other conditions requiring cleaning beyond normal turnover, subject to Clause 7.3.
7.3 Charges: The Club may recover reasonable, substantiated repair, replacement, specialist cleaning or restoration costs arising from attributable misuse, negligence, unauthorised alterations, excessive mess or missing property. Fair wear and tear, pre-existing defects and ordinary cleaning must not be charged. Costs must reflect the actual loss, take account of the condition and age of affected property where relevant, and avoid duplicate recovery or an unjustified betterment. Deposit deductions follow Clause 2.9.
7.4 Inspection and Evidence: Clients should report visible pre-existing damage promptly on arrival and any new damage when it occurs. The Club may inspect booked areas before and after use and retain lawful photographs, incident reports, repair estimates or other relevant evidence. An absence of a client’s damage report is not conclusive proof that they caused a defect. Clients may request the itemised basis of a claim and raise a dispute through Clause 11.3.
7.5 Payment of Additional Claims: Verified sums exceeding a deposit may be invoiced with supporting details and a reasonable payment deadline. Acceptance of these Terms alone does not authorise an undisclosed automatic card charge. Any additional payment collection must comply with the payment authorisation actually given, payment-provider rules and applicable law.
7.6 Found Property: Guests should notify reception of lost property promptly with identifying details. Found items will be kept secure where reasonably practicable and returned on reasonable proof of ownership. Storage, reporting, handover to authorities and disposal must follow applicable law, with notice where required. No item may be retained as security for an unrelated disputed debt unless lawfully permitted.
8.1 General Client Parking: The Club provides ample general parking for clients using its six (6) standard indoor courts, three (3) standard outdoor courts and shared facilities. General parking is separate from the four dedicated private spaces allocated to VIP bookings and is shared, subject to availability and applicable access requirements. A standard court booking does not reserve an exclusive bay or permit use of the dedicated VIP spaces. Clients must use only designated or authorised spaces and comply with Clauses 8.5 and 8.6.
8.2 Exclusive Parking Allocation: Each confirmed Signature VIP Facility booking includes exclusive use of four (4) dedicated private parking spaces for the booking holder and their authorised guests throughout the confirmed booking period. These spaces form part of the Exclusive Premises under Clause 3.1 and must not be shared with unrelated clients or visitors during that period.
8.3 Vehicle Capacity and Additional Vehicles: The four dedicated private spaces accommodate a maximum of four (4) vehicles at any one time, with one vehicle per bay. Additional vehicles require advance management approval and may use only alternative designated or authorised spaces, if available. Approval does not increase the four-vehicle capacity of the private allocation or guarantee additional parking. Alternative spaces are not exclusive unless expressly confirmed in writing.
8.4 Authorised Use and No Transfer: The four-space VIP parking allocation and any alternative parking approved for the VIP booking are reserved solely for the booking holder and their authorised booking guests in connection with the reservation. They may not be transferred, assigned, resold, rented, sublet or otherwise made available to persons unrelated to the booking.
8.5 Designated Bays and Parking Requirements: Vehicles must be parked fully within the designated bays or any alternative spaces authorised under Clause 8.3. Drivers must comply with Jubail Island and Facility access requirements, posted signs and reasonable parking instructions from management.
8.6 Clear Access and Enforcement: Vehicles must not obstruct entrances, exits, access roads, pedestrian walkways, neighbouring bays or emergency access routes at any time. Improperly parked vehicles may be subject to action by the relevant property or parking authority in accordance with applicable law. Where legally authorised, enforcement may include towing by the competent authority or authorised operator, with legally payable costs borne by the responsible vehicle owner. This clause does not itself authorise unlawful towing, clamping or penalties.
8.7 Vehicle Security and Liability: Drivers must secure their vehicles, lock doors and keep valuables out of sight or remove them. Allocating a parking space does not include custody, valet services or a guarantee against theft or damage. Liability for vehicle or property loss is determined under applicable law and Clause 6.6. The Club does not exclude liability for its own negligence, unlawful act or breach of duty, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Drivers remain responsible for loss they cause through unsafe or improper vehicle use.
8.8 VIP Departure at Booking End: The booking holder must ensure that all vehicles associated with the booking leave the dedicated private parking spaces and any approved alternative spaces by the end of the confirmed booking period, unless an extension or later departure has been approved in advance by management. Any authorised continued use of shared Club amenities or separately booked services does not retain the VIP parking allocation; vehicles must be moved to general parking unless management approves otherwise. Parking exclusivity ends with the booking, and continued parking does not extend the reservation. Clause 1.5 applies to continued occupation of the Exclusive Premises.
8.9 External Areas: The VIP exclusivity described in Section 3 includes the four dedicated private parking spaces identified for the booking. Other parking spaces, roads, building approaches, landscaping, community areas and other external or common areas are not made exclusive unless expressly stated in writing.
9.1 Events Beyond Control: Events beyond a party’s reasonable control, such as severe weather, authority restrictions, national emergencies or utility failures, may require a booking to be delayed, suspended or cancelled. Affected parties must give notice as soon as reasonably practicable and take reasonable steps to reduce disruption. Relief applies only to the extent allowed by law and to obligations actually affected. This clause does not excuse a pre-existing breach, remove a duty to take reasonable precautions, or automatically entitle the Club to retain payment for services not provided.
9.2 Unavailable or Interrupted Services: If the Club cancels a booking or cannot provide the booked service, including because an area is unsafe, unavailable or materially deprived of contracted VIP exclusivity, no cancellation charge applies to the client. For the service not provided, the client may choose rescheduling, a Money Voucher or a monetary refund of the amount paid. A partially completed or defective service must be remedied in accordance with applicable law, reflecting the service actually received. No materially different substitute court or service may be imposed without agreement. Where a hazard or facility issue is known early enough, the Club aims to give six (6) to twelve (12) hours’ notice; sudden issues require notification as soon as reasonably practicable. The notice target does not delay a necessary safety closure or reduce refund rights.
9.3 Weather and Outdoor Play: Management may delay, suspend or cancel play where heat, lightning, wind, rain, sandstorms, poor air quality or court conditions create a safety risk. Clients must follow reasonable safety instructions, take appropriate hydration and rest breaks and not resume suspended play until authorised. Unsafe or unserviceable conditions result in cancellation or suspension without a client cancellation penalty, with remedies under Clause 9.2. Where forecasts allow, the Club aims to notify clients six (6) to twelve (12) hours in advance; rapidly changing conditions require immediate notice when reasonably practicable. If conditions are safe but inconvenient and the Club offers an optional weather cancellation, its notice must identify a four-hour decision window and the exact response deadline in local time; a reasonable opportunity to respond must be given where notice is short. This discretionary window cannot shorten an eligible one-hour same-day cancellation window under Clause 2.3 or any other cancellation right already available to the client. If the client keeps the booking, or does not respond by a clearly communicated deadline while the service remains safely available, ordinary charges apply. Mere weather preference outside an offered concession follows the ordinary cancellation policy.
9.4 National Emergencies: If a UAE Government-declared emergency or binding authority direction requires the Club to close, or makes the booked activity unsafe, affected bookings will be cancelled without charge and the Club will remain closed for the period required. Clients will be notified six (6) to twelve (12) hours ahead where practicable, or immediately when the situation arises at shorter notice. Clients may choose rescheduling, a Money Voucher or a monetary refund for the unprovided service under Clause 9.2. Reopening remains subject to lawful safety and authority requirements.
10.1 Right to Intervene: Management may access any part of the Club, including the VIP Exclusive Premises, and suspend an activity where reasonably necessary to protect safety, persons, property, licensing requirements or Club operations.
10.2 Material Breach: Management may suspend or terminate a booking and require individuals or the group to leave for a serious or repeated breach, including violence, abuse, deliberate damage, unauthorised commercial activity, unlawful conduct, prohibited substances, unauthorised access or refusal to follow reasonable safety instructions. Where safe and appropriate, management will explain the breach and give an opportunity to correct it; immediate removal may be necessary to protect persons or property. Any retained fee, refund or additional claim must comply with the agreed lawful cancellation terms and applicable law and must not amount to automatic forfeiture of all prepaid sums or duplicate recovery. The Club must provide reasons and an itemised basis for retained or additional charges upon request. A client disputing removal should contact management within twenty-four (24) hours for prompt review. This requested review period does not extinguish a complaint or legal right raised later.
10.3 Future Bookings: Serious or repeated violations may result in proportionate restrictions or refusal of future bookings, subject to applicable law and non-discrimination requirements. Management must review credible complaints about access restrictions. If the Club cancels an already paid future booking, any money retained must have a lawful basis; otherwise the affected payment must be refunded.
11.1 UAE Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the laws and regulations in force in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
11.2 Jurisdiction: Disputes arising from or connected with these Terms are subject to the competent courts of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, to the extent a jurisdiction agreement is permitted by law and subject to any mandatory jurisdiction or consumer-protection rules. Clause 11.3 preserves access to statutory complaint channels.
11.3 Complaints and Resolution: Booking, service, refund, damage and access complaints may be raised with management through the official booking channel or hello@padelpro.ae, quoting the booking reference and relevant details. The Club will acknowledge the complaint and provide a reasoned response within a reasonable period. Parties should seek a good-faith resolution, but doing so is not a mandatory barrier to contacting the competent consumer-protection authority, seeking urgent relief or bringing a lawful claim. No clause prevents a client from using statutory complaint or dispute channels.
12.1 Agreement and Evidence of Acceptance: Before confirmation, the Club must provide an accessible copy or link to these Terms and any special booking terms. The booking holder acknowledges receipt and acceptance through the booking process or a signed agreement and accepts responsibility for communicating applicable rules to their group. The Club should retain the confirmation and the version accepted. Upon reasonable request, the Club will provide a copy. A parent or guardian must give any separate consent legally required for a minor.
12.2 Booking-Specific Terms and Priority: A written quotation, confirmation, event order or special booking agreement expressly accepted by the parties forms part of the booking terms. A specifically agreed provision may prevail over these general Terms only to the extent of an express conflict and only where lawful. Mandatory legal rights, statutory liability, licensing requirements and necessary fire and safety rules cannot be overridden. A service-specific agreement must not contradict the core VIP areas or other material inclusions already sold without the client’s express informed agreement and any remedy required by law.
13.1 Lawful Processing and Privacy Information: The Club may collect and use booking, payment, contact and proportionate access information for lawful purposes connected with reservations, service delivery, security, incident handling and legal obligations. Processing must have a lawful basis under applicable dataprotection law. The Club must make its privacy information available at collection, identifying the responsible operator, purposes, relevant disclosures, retention approach and rights-request contact. These Terms do not replace that information or establish blanket consent.
13.2 Personal Data Security, Retention and Rights: Personal data must be protected through appropriate security measures, accessed only by authorised persons with a legitimate need, retained only for lawful purposes and applicable retention periods, and disclosed only where legally permitted or required. Clients may contact info@padelprosignature.ae or the contact identified in the relevant privacy notice to exercise their rights under applicable data-protection law. Requests will be handled within legally required periods, subject to lawful identity verification, applicable exceptions and the rights of others. Personal data collected through CCTV is also subject to Clause 13.5.
13.3 Marketing and Promotional Images: Where consent is required, marketing messages and promotional use of identifiable client or guest images require a separate, informed and specific choice. Booking, entry or participation alone is not promotional consent. A guardian must provide any consent required for images of minors. Consent may be withdrawn as permitted by law without affecting the legality of prior lawful processing; refusal does not remove core booked services.
13.4 Client Photography and Recording: Clients must respect the privacy of other guests, staff and neighbouring users and obtain permission before deliberately photographing, filming or publishing identifiable persons where consent is required. Recording in bathrooms, toilets, changing areas and other private restricted areas is prohibited. Filming must not obstruct play or access. Commercial recording requires management approval, any required permits and the relevant personal consents. CCTV and other security monitoring are governed by Clauses 13.1, 13.2 and 13.5; Clause 3.8 confirms their application to VIP bookings. Professional productions, advertising shoots, branded content, media activity, product displays, sponsorship activations and other commercial uses anywhere in the Club require prior written management approval and may be subject to separate venue-rental terms and fees. Approval does not replace the consent of persons recorded or legally required production permits.
13.5 Security and CCTV: CCTV and other lawful security measures may operate in permitted areas throughout the Club, including entrances, reception, courts, corridors, lounges, parking, elevator access points, stairs and landings, and common areas serving the mezzanine and third-party-operated facilities, for safety, security, property protection and incident investigation.
Monitoring must respect personal privacy. Cameras must not be installed or used in bathrooms, toilets, changing rooms, private treatment rooms or other prohibited areas. Appropriate signage and privacy information must identify the responsible entity and explain the monitoring arrangements as required by law. Audio recording is permitted only where lawfully authorised.
Recordings must be secured, accessed only by authorised persons with a legitimate need, retained in accordance with applicable legal requirements and documented purposes, and disclosed only where lawfully permitted or required. Requests concerning recordings or personal-data rights follow Clause 13.2, subject to applicable law and the rights of others.
Service Operators controlling separate surveillance systems must obtain any required Club and regulatory approvals and meet their own security and data-protection obligations. Responsibility for each system and any sharing of recordings must be clearly established; neither party has automatic access to the other’s recordings.
Security measures do not guarantee continuous monitoring or prevention of every incident. Guests must promptly report concerns to staff and contact emergency services where necessary. Nothing in this clause excludes any duty or liability imposed by law on the Club or a Service Operator.
14.1 Versions and Changes: The version provided and accepted at confirmation applies to that booking. Updated general Terms may apply to future bookings after being made available; they do not retrospectively remove agreed inclusions, alter prepaid services or reduce accrued legal rights. Necessary lawful safety directions may be given during use, subject to the remedies for material service interruptions. Material amendments to an existing booking require agreement or a specific lawful basis.
14.2 Invalid Provisions and Mandatory Law: If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it is inapplicable to the extent required by law; the remainder continues only where lawful and capable of operating fairly. No provision may be read to revive a prohibited waiver or deprive a consumer of a mandatory remedy. Applicable mandatory law prevails over any inconsistent wording.
14.3 No Implied Waiver: A delay in enforcing a term or an exception granted for one booking does not automatically waive that term for future bookings. Any waiver must be clear and cannot waive rights or obligations that the law makes non-waivable.
14.4 Nature of Access: A court or VIP booking gives a temporary contractual right to use the confirmed areas and services for the agreed period. It does not grant a tenancy, ownership interest, right to operate a business or entitlement to use unopened or restricted areas. This description remains subject to the legal character of the arrangement under applicable law.
14.5 Customer Information and Language: The Club must supply material prices, policies, safety information, invoices and customer-facing contractual information in the languages and form required by applicable law, including Arabic where required. Any additional English version must be consistent with the legally required text. No language clause may restrict a statutory right or prevent a client from requesting necessary clarification before booking.
